Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the service we have provided and do not feel that we tried our best, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of starting your plan. If the followers of your Instagram account have not grown by our Minimum Follower Growth Commitment during the first 30 day period of signing up, then we will provide you with the full refund, as requested. However, if we have reached our Minimum Follower Growth Commitment, then we will not provide a refund. We will not process a refund until the end of the 30 day period, as we require the opportunity to reach out Minimum Follower Growth Commitment.

Our Minimum Follower Growth Commitment:

(Please note that these figures are a bare minimum and are far below our average growth levels):

  • Personal Plan - 400 followers
  • Infuencer Plan - 600 followers
  • Turbocharged Plan - 800 followers

To request a refund, please message us through our LiveChat channel or via email to your account manager. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your subscription started. We reserve the right to withheld a refund request until the end of the 30 day period, as we will not have had sufficient time to reach our follower commitment. If we have not reached it by the end of the 30 day period, then the funds will be paid.

To complete your refund, we will require the email you signed up with. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 working days, please contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is received. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email or LiveChat.

If you have requested and been granted a refund, you are not permitted to use our services again. If we find that you have signed up for another plan, we reserve the right to terminate you plan immediately without refund. We reserve the right to deny more than one full refund to a client. We will not provide a refund for more than one month of billing. We will not provide any refund requested after 30 days of sign-up.
