Finding your target audience
The first step is market research, Social Boost will find profiles that match your target audience. For example, if you owned a bakery in San Francisco we could target the followers of La Boulangeri SF or if you wanted an audience of people interested in Nature Photography we could engage with the audience of Rachel Barkman
Target Audience & Research
The beauty of the follow unfollow method is it's extremely targeted and safe to use as long as you're not spammy and remain targeted.
- Find target Profiles with a similar audience to your own
- Look for accounts with a high engagement rate
- Check the followers of the account, and ask yourself "Is this the type of audience I want?"
- Don't target huge accounts like Drake or Justin Bieber, look for smaller accounts with relevant and engaged audiences.
Instagram Growth
Now you have a list of target profiles, you can start following the Followers & Likers of that target account. They will receive a notification from you, and more than likely check your profile to see 'who has followed them' if they like your content and style of your page, they will follow back.
- Don't be spammy, this can leads to blocks. Be sure to stay within Instagrams limitations
- Aim for a 25% followback rate or higher
- You can Follow + Like 2-3 posts of target profiles for an even higher follow back rate
