Customer Success Manager

• Assist in providing 24/7 support by Livechat, Email and Telephone.
• Ensure client satisfaction in every interaction
• Work relentlessly with the Growth Team to ensure client’s needs are met
• Investigate and resolve any customer issues
• Working in a rolling shift schedule

• 3+ years experience in Customer Success
• Understanding of Instagram Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fast learner and good at adapting to new environments
• Generally awesome attitude
